As part of a growing HR team, you will report directly to the National Director of Human Resources. Your responsibilities will include responding to HR inquiries, managing employee records, and supporting onboarding and offboarding initiatives. Furthermore, you will help administer employee benefits and ensure compliance with employment standards across Canada.
Key Responsibilities:
