Position SummaryWe are seeking a Human Resources Administrator to join the HR team on a temporary contract basis. This role will provide administrative and recruitment support during a period of growth and workforce expansion across multiple healthcare service locations in Toronto. Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, the HR Coordinator will support a variety of human resources functions, with a strong focus on recruitment, onboarding, employee file management, and HR administration. Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
Create and post job advertisements across various recruitment platforms.
Screen resumes and coordinate candidate communications.
Schedule interviews and support hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
