Position Overview

Position SummaryWe are seeking a Human Resources Administrator to join the HR team on a temporary contract basis. This role will provide administrative and recruitment support during a period of growth and workforce expansion across multiple healthcare service locations in Toronto. Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, the HR Coordinator will support a variety of human resources functions, with a strong focus on recruitment, onboarding, employee file management, and HR administration. Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.

  • Create and post job advertisements across various recruitment platforms.

  • Screen resumes and coordinate candidate communications.

  • Schedule interviews and support hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
