A market leading manufacturing company is looking for a HR Advisor to join the team at a really exciting time at the business. This is a generalist position, working in a fast-paced environment and will involve varied responsibility across a range of areas. What you'll be doing:

Acting as the first point of contact for all HR queries
Supporting the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to exit
Advising managers and employees across a range of HR and ER matters
Managing contracts, onboarding documents, and compliance checks
Coordinating inductions and supporting probation reviews
Working with union reps where required
Delivering training and administering the Vinci Works platform
