The HR Advisor/HR Manager will be based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, reporting directly to the Senior HR Business Partner. In this role you will provide operational and strategic HR support for leaders and staff across Asia, covering performance management, employee relations, talent acquisition, onboarding and off‑boarding, learning and development, and other HR initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day HR operations for assigned countries, ensuring compliance with local labour laws and company policies.
• Provide seamless support to employees and line managers on end‑to‑end resolution of HR queries, addressing concerns and grievances.
• Support the Senior HR Business Partner with HR plans, initiatives and projects for the Asia region to ensure consistency across transactions and initiatives.
