Position Overview
The roleWorking closely with an HR Business Partner, you will deliver aprehensive HR advisory service across a defined area of the business. Acting as a key point of contact for managers and employees, you will provide expert guidance on the full employee lifecycle while supporting the delivery of the wider HR and organisational strategy.
Key responsibilities
Act as a first point of contact for HR queries, delivering clear, business-focused advice across all areas of HRBuild strong relationships with managers, coaching and influencing on effective people management practicesManage and advise on a wide range of employee relations cases, including disciplinary, grievance, absence, capability and restructuringWork closely with Occupational Health on attendance and health-related mattersSupport recruitment and selection activity, including job design, evaluation and interview participation
