Our Client, a Digital Media company, is looking for a HR Advisor for their Remote location. Responsibilities:

+ Provide HR guidance, information, and education to employees at all levels focusing on exceptional customer service.

+ Manage a high volume of employee requests and tickets.

+ Deliver personalized care experiences through multiple modes of communication (chat/phone/casework).

+ Utilize a research-based approach for quick information on company policies and programs.

+ Guide and coach customers on internal tools and resources to promote self-service.

+ Partner with COEs and collaborate cross-functionally on complex situations.

+ Conduct regular HR data integrity audits and update systems.

+ Ensure all transactions are accurate and compliant with SOX and internal control guidelines.
