Salary: £35,000 - £40,000k per annum

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 17:00pm (Flexible working hours available)

About the Role

We are recruiting for a Senior HR Advisor to join a well-established manufacturing business. This is a standalone HR position, offering the opportunity to take ownership of the HR function and support the business across all aspects of employee relations, compliance, and people management.This role is ideal for an experienced HR professional who enjoys working autonomously and partnering with management to drive best practice across the business.
