As HR Analyst you will be part of the Colombian HR department, contribuiting mainly with recruitment and also with other duties related to talent management.
Tasks
- Execute the whole cycle of recruitment of operational and mid-seniority levels, striving for the entire organization success.
- Setting up the job descriptions, reviewing talent needs, and following the recruitment standard process.
- Coordinate recruitment for all administrative roles within the Bogotá office and follows up on the decisions made by the hiring manager and HR Manager.
- Analyze psychological tests when necessary.
- Supervise that all the documentation provides during the hiring process is accurate and store in a proper manner along with the HR intern.
