Job Title: HR Analyst

Duties: We are seeking a detail-oriented temporary assistant to support our Human Resources team in reviewing and processing legacy personnel files. The role involves evaluating physical HR documents to determine whether they should be archived or securely destroyed, in accordance with company policy and compliance standards.



P&O has quite a number of files in the vault room downstairs that need to be evaluated and either categorized and sent to Iron Mountain or destroyed.



Evaluate and categorize files/folders/boxes in the HR Vault to be either archived or destroyed.



There are a mix of HR files in the vault with no bandwidth in current team to dedicated time to sort/categorize and archive any HR related files in the vault to allow the Media Team to move their equipment into the vault which can't be do...
