Responsibilities

• Preparing onboarding and resignation documents and following up the process.
• Preparing or updating employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and terminating.
• Explaining human resources policies, procedures, laws, and standards to new and existing employees.
• Supporting the monthly payroll and calculating AFP, tax, registration of employee information online, such as SUNAT.
• Other tasks assigned by superior.

Requirements

• Three years of experience in HR, more than 2 years in payroll.
• Familiar with payroll structure and local tax calculation and social contributions.
• Advanced English used as work language.
• Strong communication ability, timely feedback and follow-ups to work.
• Major in Human Resources, Accounting, Administration or related areas.
