This is an Individual Contributor role responsible for executing the operations strategy across Performance & Development, Year-End Compensation, Talent & Career, and Workday Security processes, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant service delivery. The role supports case management, data integrity, and process execution while collaborating with cross‑functional HR and business stakeholders to deliver a consistent employee and manager experience.

• Provides Tier 2 support by resolving escalated inquiries and managing complex cases, including system transactions, data updates, reporting requests, and issue resolution across Performance & Development, Talent, Career, Compensation, and TACO‑provisioned Workday Security.
