The HR Analyst provides analysis, coordination, and advice to support employee well‑being and absence programs.

Responsibilities

Program Support & Coordination

  • Support day‑to‑day delivery of well‑being, absence, and employee programs.
  • Track requests, manage shared inboxes, and follow up on tasks.
  • Help improve how programs run by identifying gaps or inefficiencies.

Analysis & Reporting

  • Collect and analyze data from different sources.
  • Identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Support dashboards, reports, and presentations.
