With at least 3-5 years experience in General Human Resources
Full understanding of HR Functions and best practices
Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferably with extensive experience on General Human Resources such as but not limited to Compensation and Benefits, Labor Relations, Employee Information, Employee Relation, Training and Development and Timekeeping
With strong analytical thinking and can do multitasking
Strong attention to details and following through on deadlines
Previous experience in similar roles and past faced working environment
