We are seeking a highly organized and self-motivated HR Assistant to join our expanding team. This role will provide administrative support to our HR department and assist in all aspects of the employee lifecycle. Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job listings, screening resumes, arranging interviews, and conducting reference checks
- Coordinate onboarding and orientation for new employees, ensuring a smooth and positive experience
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, employment contracts, and performance evaluations
