Here at GXO, we’re seeking an HR Assistant to join our Primark Thrapston site. You’ll play a vital role in supporting the full employee lifecycle, ensuring HR processes run smoothly and efficiently. You’ll be the backbone of the HR team — keeping everything organised, compliant, and colleague-focused.

This is a full-time, permanent position. Based on-site, you will work Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:00 .
