Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
· Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and induction of security guards
· Maintain employee records, contracts, and guard deployment schedules
· Process attendance records and administer of leave
· Handle and process payroll data
· Initiate disciplinary processes
· Ensure compliance with labour laws and industry security regulations
· Handle employee queries, and welfare support


Requirements
Requirements
· At least a Certificate in HR Management (CHRP ongoing is a plus)
· At least 6 months of internship in HR
· Proficient in MS Excel and HR record-keeping
· Able to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and maintain confidentiality
· Resident in Nairobi
