You assist HR Business Partners with administrative tasks and the preparation of statistics.
You monitor KPIs and maintain tracking reports.
You contribute to the smooth operation and quality of HR services (including participation in SOX audits).
Requirements
You hold a Federal VET Certificate (CFC) as a commercial employee or an equivalent qualification; a certificate as an HR management assistant is an asset.
