+ Assist with onboarding activities, including preparing new hire paperwork and coordinating orientation schedules
+ Maintain accurate employee records and personnel files while ensuring confidentiality
+ Support recruiting efforts by scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates
+ Assist with employment verifications, reference checks, and background screening coordination
+ Enter and update employee information within HRIS systems and databases
+ Prepare HR-related documents, correspondence, reports, and presentations
