Responsibilities - Support HR Business Partners (HRBPs) to understand Hiring Division’s hiring needs
- Handle day-to-day recruitment operations such as posting of job advertisements, screening and shortlisting of candidates, interview scheduling to the on-boarding of new hires
- Handle on-boarding administration, contracts / internal posting administration and off-boarding administrative matters
- Creation and maintenance of employee records in HR system
- Ensure the smooth running of operations in accordance to prescribed policies, standard operating procedures and customers’ expectations
- Responsible for meeting KPIs
- Address customer issues promptly
- Adhere to high ethical standards and comply with all regulations / applicable laws
