β’ Generating attendance, quality, and productivity feedback in coordination with agencies.
β’ Maintaining and updating the feedback tracker.
β’ Ensuring all joining documents are completed and filed as per the onboarding checklist.
β’ Ensuring visibility of new joiners across all required systems.
β’ Maintaining employee files and documentation for audit readiness.
β’ Coordinating with agencies to ensure smooth first-day onboarding formalities.
β’ Educating new joiners on HR policies, processes, and systems.
β’ Supporting the HRBP in planning and executing employee engagement initiatives on the shop floor.
β’ Monitoring and highlighting attendance exceptions on a daily basis through Kronos and FCLM.
β’ Tracking leaves, Loss of Pay (LOP), unscheduled overtime, and sixth-day overtime.
