Responsibilities:

• Marketing programs (if needed) and rostering of applicants.
• Pre-program coordination with participants to include logistics arrangements (Food and beverages, room reservations, etc.)
• During Program
• Coordination with participants on attendance, materials and total learning experience.
• Logistical arrangements of the program/trainer
• Recoding of training in the system (knowledge checks, etc.)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in HR or Psychology
• Experience in HR or related positions
• Proficiency with office software programs
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to organize and manage time effectively
