Position Overview

Job Description

:

β€’ Responsible for manpower planning, recruitment, compensation & benefits, performance evaluation, training & development, employee conduct.
β€’ Handling recruitment assignments including screening applications, interviewing candidates and short-listing candidates
β€’ Conduct competency-based interviews, tests and other related activities.
β€’ Responsible for overall compensation and benefits, and salary structure management.
β€’ Ensuring that subordinates are properly trained and motivated and are provided scope for career development.
β€’ Responsible for the monthly payroll and salary process, including the handling of employee benefits such as medical insurance enrollments, the Social security fund, social security claim.
β€’ Concluding and summarizing monthly reports such as headcount, turn over, manpower movement, and etc.
β€’ Handling staff evaluation using KPI indicators.
