Job Description
:β’ Responsible for manpower planning, recruitment, compensation & benefits, performance evaluation, training & development, employee conduct.
β’ Handling recruitment assignments including screening applications, interviewing candidates and short-listing candidates
β’ Conduct competency-based interviews, tests and other related activities.
β’ Responsible for overall compensation and benefits, and salary structure management.
β’ Ensuring that subordinates are properly trained and motivated and are provided scope for career development.
β’ Responsible for the monthly payroll and salary process, including the handling of employee benefits such as medical insurance enrollments, the Social security fund, social security claim.
β’ Concluding and summarizing monthly reports such as headcount, turn over, manpower movement, and etc.
β’ Handling staff evaluation using KPI indicators.
