What You'll Be Doing

• Building real, day-to-day relationships with operations leaders across our Sydney warehouse and transport sites — providing HR support that's practical, commercially grounded, and actually useful on the floor
• Living and breathing Awards and Enterprise Agreements — interpretation, compliance, and staying ahead of renewal so there are no nasty surprises
• Getting out from behind the desk: site walks, shift changeovers, pre-starts, and showing up where the work actually happens — not just when something's gone wrong
• Giving frontline supervisors and team leaders the confidence to have the hard conversations around performance, conduct, and capability — and backing them up when it gets un...
