What you will do

As the primary People presence on the ground, you will serve as a strategic partner to regional leadership, whilst aligning to HQ strategy — building and executing a people plan that is commercially grounded, data-informed, and tightly aligned with Stake's growth objectives in regulated iGaming markets across Latin America. At the same time, you will own the operational backbone of HR for Colombia and Perú: recruitment, onboarding, payroll inputs, compliance, and employee lifecycle administration.

What makes this role unique is the proximity to real business decisions and the breadth of ownership. You will work directly with the General Manager and their leadership team to co-create the people's agenda, diagnose what's holding the business back, and design fit-for-purpose solutions that tie into HQ strategic outcomes — from systemic frameworks to individual coaching conversations.
