Role: HR Business Partner
Location: Chicago, IL

In Office Schedule: 3 days on site

Compensation Range: $180-220k base plus bonus

They’re seeking an HR Business Partner to join their dynamic global team. In this role, you’ll be the point person for the trading population within the firm as a full cycle HRBP. 
As an HR Business Partner, you will:
Partner with senior stakeholders to understand business priorities and deliver strategic, high‑impact HR support.

Advise managers on performance management, employee relations, organizational design, and team development.

Lead core talent processes, including performance reviews, promotions, compensation, and workforce planning.
