Our client is an ambitious and fast growing, Not for Profit, Housing organisation undergoing an exciting period of organisational transformation. They are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Business Partner to work alongside the General Manager, providing expert support across recruitment, HR operations, organisational development and workforce capability.
This is a hands-on, standalone HR role, ideal for someone who enjoys building effective people practices, leading recruitment campaigns, providing effective L&D support; and supporting managers through change.
