We're working with a well known Edinburgh organisation going through an exciting period of growth and change. They're rebuilding their People function with real ambition, and this is a brilliant opportunity to join at an interesting time and make your mark.
This is a hands-on, employee relations focused role. You'll manage a varied ER caseload, support managers through complex people processes and contribute to a team that's actively building its capability and reputation across a large, multi-site, unionised workforce operating throughout the Lothians.
What you'll be doing:
* Managing a varied ER caseload covering disciplinary, grievance, absence, capability, conduct and appeal matters
