Job Description :
• Give counsel to managers on recruitment activities
• Ensure recruitment activities are in line with company’s policies.
• Support line managers in reviewing job requirements and undertaking job evaluation exercises.
• Work with Head of HR to perform regular review of recruitments methods and suggest changes for improvements.
• Work with line managers to design job descriptions and competency based interviews
• Support line managers to undertake various competency based interviews.
• Work out development plans for key talents and key job positions
• Build a strong business relationship with the employees and line managers by acting as a single point of the contact in the assigned area.
