Position Overview
+ One Unilever face of HR in KSA, internally and externally, developing strong relationships with corporate peer companies and government bodies.
+ Working closely with Head of CBD and Head of Finance to drive efficiency of our JV operations, including Governance, workforce planning, reward practices, culture and learning interventions.
+ Bringing very strong knowledge of local labour laws into Unilever practicies, ensuring HR practices are compliant, fair and protecting Unilever value and external reputation.
+ Supporting Head of HR Arabia in designing and ensuring consistency of implementation of country-specific policies and processes regarding employment, benefits, ED&I, University relationships, ER/IR etc.
+ Designing and leading Employer Brand initiatives in KSA market to attract and to build the best talent.
