The HR Business Partner will play a crucial role in supporting the Council's People Strategy by providing expert advice on employee relations, organizational change, workforce planning, employment law, and HR policy. The position is essential for ensuring effective people management practices, minimising organizational risk, and supporting service delivery objectives.
