<p><b>HR Business Partner - Performance & Employee Relations (Remote)</b></p> <p> </p> <p>We are looking for an HR Business Partner for a large, global B2B high-tech company. In this role, you will conduct initial intake conversations with managers regarding performance concerns; coach managers through performance management situations and provide guidance on best practices. You will partner with Employee Relations and Global Employment Law to assist with driving consistent performance management and design initiatives. </p> <p> </p> <p>This is a 6-month contract (Extension possible), 40 hours per week, remote role in the US.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is a W2 employee of Stage 4 Solutions.
