YOUGotaGift is seeking a strategic HR Business Partner to serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders across the MENA region. This role bridges business strategy with people solutions, driving organizational effectiveness and talent strategies in a fast‑paced digital environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to translate commercial objectives into actionable people strategies, workforce plans and organizational design that support regional growth.


• Conduct regular business reviews to assess organizational health, talent gaps, and capability requirements.


• Provide strategic counsel on people implications of business decisions, including market expansion and operational changes.


• Lead talent acquisition, succession planning and workforce planning to build strong pipelines for critical roles and high‑potential talent across MENA markets.
