Position Overview

            Responsibilities Entertain office incoming calls, emails & enquiries 
Assist in recruitment processes, reach out to potential applicants to share available jobs and promote job referrals 
Use a variety of sourcing channels such as job portal platforms and LinkedIn 
Screen & assess job applicants 
Coordinate interviews & manage job offers 
Handle onboarding matters 
Assist the department data entry & administrative tasks needed 
Any ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor 
Requirements Min. A level & above in any field of study. 
Possess optimism, enthusiasm and most importantly, passion for people. 
On the job training provided. 
Full-time opportunities available as well.
