We’re looking for an experienced and hands‑on HR Change and Process Lead or Manager to join our growing team. The role will be dependent on experience.
You’ll play a key role in helping clients to navigate HR transformations, ensuring their people are supported, engaged, and ready for change.
You’ll bring together your understanding of people’s perception of change, process optimisation, HR ways of working and systems, and stakeholder engagement to drive sustainable transformation outcomes.
