Design, improve, digitize, and automate Human Resources processes through the use of low‑code/no‑code technologies and advanced analytics, applying the PMI Citizen Developer approach to increase operational efficiency, data quality, and information‑driven decision‑making.
Responsibilities
HR Process Improvement
- Map AS‑IS / TO‑BE processes (BPMN, SIPOC, VSM).
- Identify improvement opportunities (waste, bottlenecks, and risks).
- Design digitized and automated processes.
- Measure impact through KPIs (time, cost savings, quality, employee experience).
Automation and Microsoft Tools
- Design workflows using Power Automate (approvals, integrations, notifications).
- Create SharePoint sites/pages for HR.
- Data analysis.
- Drafting HR communications and policies, etc.
Analytics and Foundry (Palantir)
