Job Description *Designation: HR Compliance Executive* About the Role We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized HR Compliance Executive with 1β2 years of relevant experience to support our HR Compliance function. The ideal candidate will assist in ensuring adherence to statutory labour laws, regulatory requirements, and internal company policies. This role involves maintaining compliance records, supporting audits, managing documentation, and coordinating employee-related statutory processes. *Key Responsibilities* 1. Statutory Compliance Support Assist in ensuring compliance with applicable labour laws, including PF, ESIC, Bonus, Gratuity, CLRA, Minimum Wages Act, Shops & Establishments Act, and other statutory regulations.
