Key Responsibilities
Handle recruitment functions, including WPOL processes for construction worker onboarding, offboarding, and monthly work permit renewals, managing around 10 staff.
Manage staff dormitory-related matters.
Perform other duties and tasks as assigned.
Requirements
Diploma in Human Resources or equivalent.
At least 1 year of relevant experience in a contractor environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
