Position

The Junior HR Controller supports the HR Controlling function by ensuring accurate workforce data, headcount tracking, and HR reporting. This role contributes to workforce planning, budgeting, and analytics activities, enabling HR and Finance teams to make informed people and cost-related decisions.

Job responsibilities

HR Data, Reporting & Analytics

  • Support preparation and maintenance of headcount (HC) and FTE reporting (actuals, forecast, budget).

  • Producing regular HR dashboards and KPI reports (headcount, hiring, vacancies).

  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of HR data across systems and reporting files.

  • Perform basic variance analysis and flag data discrepancies or risks.
