About the role 

The HR Coordinator is the first point of contact for the People & Culture team, responsible for managing HR queries and delivering smooth day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle support within a fast-paced, purpose-led organisation focused on improving outcomes for pets and the people who care for them. The role ensures systems, data and reporting are accurate, efficient and continuously improved through systems optimisation, reporting and AI-enabled ways of working. The team is collaborative, curious and improvement-focused, with a strong emphasis on using technology, data and AI to work smarter, within a great culture and pet-friendly office environment that values accountability, innovation and delivering an excellent employee experience.
