Description
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to support day-to-day human resources operations and help deliver an excellent employee experience. This role is ideal for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple priorities across onboarding, HR systems, recruiting coordination, and employee support.


Responsibilities

+ Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes

+ Assist with benefits administration and employee inquiries

+ Maintain accurate HR records and compliance documentation

+ Schedule interviews and manage candidate communications


Requirements

+ 2–4 years of HR or administrative support experience

+ HRIS and Microsoft Office proficiency

+ High level of discretion and organization
