Position Overview
Description We are looking for a detail-oriented HR Coordinator to provide short-term administrative support for onboarding and recruiting operations in South Carolina. This Contract position is expected to last approximately 4 to 6 weeks and will play an important role in keeping onboarding processes organized, timely, and accurate. The ideal candidate is highly organized, communicates clearly, and can manage multiple follow-ups while delivering a positive experience for candidates and new employees.
Responsibilities:
β’ Coordinate onboarding activities by tracking new employee progress and confirming all required forms are submitted accurately and on time.
β’ Partner with recruiters to handle administrative tasks related to guiding candidates through the pre-employment and selection process.
β’ Monitor the status of background checks and other pre-placement screenings, and follow up as needed to keep onboarding steps moving forward.
