Position Overview

Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Administrative Assistant for a 3-month contract to support our HR team sitting in the Woodlands, TX.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day HR operations, including employee relations, recruitment, and onboarding.
• Administer and ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and benefits programs.
• Utilize Excel for data analysis and reporting, including creating Pivot Tables and performing V-lookups.
• Handle prevailing wage determinations and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
• Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters.

Compensation: $19-22/hr.
