We are looking for an experienced HR Coordinator to work alongside our HR Director to support global HR operations across Interdependence and its affiliated companies.
The HR Coordinator will manage key HR processes, including onboarding, employee records, compliance, HR systems, and employee lifecycle coordination across a global workforce, with a strong focus on U.S. and key international regions.
The HR Coordinator will support HR administration for all U.S. and global new hires, including processing onboarding paperwork, coordinating employee documentation, and ensuring a smooth and compliant onboarding experience across regions. This person will maintain accurate and compliant employee records in HiBob, support HR reporting and documentation, and partner cross‑functionally with department leaders to ensure employee data and HR processes are aligned across the business.
