Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and organized HR Coordinator to support day-to-day human resources operations in the Twin Cities. This fully on-site role is ideal for a professional who enjoys administrative support, employee interaction, and helping maintain efficient HR processes across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
+ Support daily human resources operations, including administrative and coordination tasks
+ Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, including new hire paperwork, orientation scheduling, and employee records updates
+ Maintain accurate employee files and HR documentation in compliance with company policies and applicable regulations
+ Coordinate interviews, candidate communications, and recruiting logistics
