Position Overview

Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented HR Coordinator to support day-to-day human resources operations and help deliver a strong employee experience. This role will assist with onboarding, recruitment coordination, HR systems administration, benefits support, and general HR process execution.

Responsibilities:

β€’ Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, including background checks and new hire paperwork.

β€’ Support benefits administration and respond to employee inquiries.

β€’ Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

β€’ Schedule interviews and coordinate candidate communications.

β€’ Assist with HR reporting and audits.


Requirements
β€’ 2–4 years of experience in HR or administrative support.

β€’ Familiarity with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office.
