Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented HR Coordinator to support day-to-day human resources operations and help deliver a strong employee experience. This role will assist with onboarding, recruitment coordination, HR systems administration, benefits support, and general HR process execution.
Responsibilities:
β’ Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, including background checks and new hire paperwork.
β’ Support benefits administration and respond to employee inquiries.
β’ Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
β’ Schedule interviews and coordinate candidate communications.
β’ Assist with HR reporting and audits.
Requirements
β’ 2β4 years of experience in HR or administrative support.
β’ Familiarity with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office.
