Purpose of Role

Area of responsibility: Talent Acquisition and Talent Relationships

In order to achieve business goals, assist Assistant Director of Human Resources by fulfilling various Human Resources functions including, Recruitment and Selection, Talent Activities (TakeCare) and Administration. To be actively aware of and organize the day to day activities of the Human Resources Department. 

Responsibly Description 

  • Participate in the development and implementation of Human Resources policies for the establishment.
  • Manage the recruitment systems within the hotel, paying particular attention to advertising, screening, work permits, reference checks and administration of all new hires.
  • Knowing and implement new technology for selection and recruitment.
  • According to market situation to make strategy plan to attract and recruit best Talent for W Taipei
