Summary
/Objective:The Human Resources Coordinator is responsible for the administration that will support recruiting, company culture, and communications for the business.
Essential Functions/Responsibilities:
Maintain the associate recognition program, monitor and restock supplies, and track usage.Create and update associate security badges when necessary.Work with outside vendors to setup events inside Samtec (Blood Donations, Samtec Bizarre, Book fairs, Distribute birthday and anniversary announcements to all associates.Process all letters and passports for associates visiting other Samtec locations.Administer Education Assistance Program, enrollment, audit invoices, and monitor grades.Assist in orientation training of new associates.Other duties as assigned by Supervisor.*The responsibilities as defined are intended to serve as a general guideline for this position.
