What you'll be doing - Maintain and update HR data in Excel and HR systems.
- Prepare regular HR reports (headcount, turnover, absences, recruitment data).
- Support the creation of dashboards and tables for HR and management.
- Work extensively with Excel (tables, formulas, filters, pivots).
- Check data for errors, duplicates, and inconsistencies.
