KASZON PTE LTD is seeking an HR Operations/Data Analyst to support planning, data management and reporting across departments and projects. You will help collect and analyse headcount, recruitment progress, turnover and training records to drive insights and governance.

You will prepare reports and presentations in English and Chinese for internal stakeholders and headquarters, and assist in maintaining data trackers and dashboards to improve accuracy and reporting efficiency.
