Job Description:

The HR Data & Transformation Project Manager will help enable the successful delivery of the client’s global HR Evolution program by bringing structure and execution discipline to the HR data work required for the transition from approximately eight legacy HR systems to a single Oracle HCM platform. This role supports alignment across data governance, conversion, reporting, and security activities to reduce delivery risk and ensure data-related decisions and outcomes support the broader transformation.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

The HR Data & Transformation Project Manager leads execution across critical data workstreams within the client’s global HR Evolution program, transitioning from six legacy HR systems to a single Oracle HCM platform.
